Thank you for supporting our small business! Because our products are made to order through a print-on-demand provider, we have a slightly different return policy than traditional retail stores.

1. Made-to-Order Items
All of our apparel and printed products are custom-made specifically for you once your order is placed. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

• Ordering the wrong size
• Change of mind
• Incorrect color or design selection

Please double-check sizing charts and product details before placing your order.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, we will make it right.

To request a replacement or refund, please:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery
• Include your order number
• Provide clear photos showing the issue

Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

3. Sizing Issues
We are not responsible for sizing issues. Each product listing includes a sizing chart to help you choose the best fit. If you’re unsure, we recommend sizing up.

4. Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders are processed quickly after being placed. Because of this, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once your order has been submitted.

5. Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout. Please ensure your address is accurate before placing your order.
